Completing the prerequisites for Inazuma and other stuff - Genshin Impact Live #37 [PC]

I'm BACK! Now I have access to my PC so I'll be playing on it. Unfortunately, Genshin Impact doesn't support cross-platform progression from PS4 to PC, so I will have to begin again.
