Introduced on 1 April 2016, the Bihar alcohol prohibition law sought to reduce crimes related to alcohol. But the administration has failed in achieving this objective behind the ban because the availability of liquor in Bihar is an inescapable fact. The ban was only for the political gains and not help the women. This video explains the flaws in the Bihar Liquor Ban law.
