In a major move, Chief of the National Liberation Front of Bodoland militant outfit, M Batha, who recently returned to the jungles after the Bodo Council elections, and his cadres are set to surrender before the Assam Police today. It is reported that the NLFB chief along with his cadres will surrender at Danga Gaon in Assam's Udalguri district near the border with Arunachal Pradesh.
