Chickpea "MeatBalls"
1 15oz can of no salt added chickpeas drained
1/4 cup stone-ground cornflour
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp white miso paste
2 tsp water
Directions:
In a food processor add all of the ingredients for the chickpea meatballs. Form little meatballs out of the mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and then up the oven temp to 400 for 10 more minutes.
Easy Marinara Sauce

Makes around 3 cups
Ingredients:
1 – 24 oz jar of Strained Tomatoes (no salted added) 1 pitted dated
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp white miso
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender – blend until smooth.
Notes:
*Add more dates or miso to your taste preference *Experiment with spices
*Add in garlic cloves
*Add red pepper flakes for a kick
