THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND! THEY SAID I CANT MOVE? ( MUST BE STOPPED )

I've been battling with this property with either terminating my lease or upgrading me at no cost! to a better, more sanitary unit for my desired conditions of living. They believe the problems that are going on within my unit are not something I should worry about. They also said that I rigged the flood. THIS HAS TO STOP!
I Recently Moved Into My New Apartment & I've Experienced So Many Problems From Roaches, Flooding, Electrical Problems And I've Only Been Here For a Month In This Complex, It's UNBIELVEABLE! for over a week, going onto 2 weeks.
