Customers in Australia need to use Doypack bags to pack breadcrumbs and the Doypack bags have zippers. According to the requirements of customers, we used a model 260 which suitable for 220mm bag width, and completed all the automatic processes, including: sending bags, opening bags and zippers, blowing, filling materials, sorting materials, thermal sealing, secondary thermal sealing and finished product output.
Our machines meet the requirements of full automation, so that customers has improved production efficiency and save labor costs. At the same time, it also solves the problem of packaging weight for customers.
