Although the famous "Eviction Moratorium" will be ending soon, there are still mortgage moratoriums in place that will prevent foreclosures for most homeowners. Attorney Diego G. Mendez, Esq, Miami, FL, explains that there are several overlapping foreclosure moratoriums still in place that are delaying foreclosures for many homeowners. The Eviction Moratorium will end on October 6, 2021, but the foreclosure moratoriums will extend into 2022.
