I Bought the King of Cutters on Ebay. This thing is Awesome!

I purchased an end mill with carbide inserts on eBay and want to test it out to see if it was worth the cost. I’ll use the Phantom camera to analyze it in slow motion to see the details of this beastly end mill. In order to put it to the test, I’ll conventional mill and climb mill.
