You will need:
Boiled potatoes: 3
Chopped onions: 1
Grated carrots: ½
Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies: 2
Garlic Mixture: ½ cup
Chiwda: ½ cup
Khatta Meetha mixture: ½ cup
Garlic-ginger paste: ¼ tsp
Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
Garam masala powder: ½ tsp
Chaat Masala powder: 1 and ½ tsp
Jeera / cumin powder: ½ tsp
Salt (as required)
Lemon juice: 1 lemon

Preparation:
In a mixing vessel, mash boiled potatoes (3), add Garlic Mixture (½ cup), Chiwda (½ cup), Khatta Meetha mixture (½ cup)
Mix well
Add red chili flakes (1 tsp), chaat masala powder (1 and 1/2 tsp), red chili powder (1/2 tsp), garam masala powder (1/2 tsp), garlic-ginger paste (1/4 tsp), jeera / cumin powder (1/2 tsp)
Mix well
Add chopped green chilies (2), grated carrot (1/2), chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp), chopped onions (1)
Add lemon juice (1 lemon), salt
Mash and mix well and make a mixture dough
Take a small portion of the mixture, make a circular roll
Place it on the your left palm and flatten it lightly
Reverse it on the finger of the right palm and place it gently on a plate
Make similar tikkis from the mixture dough

In a pan, add oil and let it heat
Slide the tikkis gently into the pan
Shallow fry in medium flame till golden and crispy
Flip to other side and shallow fry in medium flame till golden and crispy
Make sure that both sides are well fried and crispy
Transfer Mixture Tikkis with a ladle
Mixture Tikkis are ready
