Srinagar (J&K): An NGO, Athrout has started to prepare to safeguard Kashmiris from a possible 3rd wave of COVID in Srinagar. The NGO also came forward when the 2nd wave of COVID had hit the UT of J&K. It helped the administration in setting up oxygen plant for hospitals and provided free ambulance services to the people of the Valley. The NGO aims to provide best equipments and facilities to people free of cost.
