►Stray Poor Dog Was Picked And Obviously Suffering From Extreme Emaciation

FIG was picked up tonight as a stray and is obviously suffering from extreme emaciation. He also appears to be suffering from some type of trauma to his precious little head and possibly an eye infection. He reeks of urine as though he has been laying in it for days, he has a black tarry stool caked onto his bum, and his gums are pale. He is having trouble walking, standing, or even having his head lifted for too long.
