I’m 61 years old/young.? I eat a meat based diet. I’m not what I consider carnivore but very close. I’ve done the plant based diet, weight watchers, and so many more diets. Meat based works best for my body. Sugar is evil IMO. At this time, I’m holding at 176.4. I started at 210.8 on August 17, 2020. My highest weight was 227 a few years back. My lowest weight over age 30 which was 115 in 1990. My goal weight in a year would be to be below 140. I can do it or I will keep on trying. Don’t ever give up on reaching your goals.
