A new bill was just passed that will have a serious impact on the GPU mining market and may even lead to mining becoming obsolete in the U.S. as well as an end to GPU shortages. This bill will essentially make mining on Nvidia and AMD GPUs so difficult that you may end up seeing GPUs such as the RTX 3080 and 3070 flood places like eBay once it takes effect.
