US troops to be sent to Afghanistan to aid withdrawal

President Joe Biden plans to send 5,000 troops to Afghanistan, to help with the continued draw down of US Forces in the region. The Taliban is rapidly regaining control in the area. Scott Johnson spoke with a former United Nations Ambassador about the implications of the unrest in the country with the Taliban making offenses on the Afghani Government.
