Walking simulation using a personalized musculoskeletal model

Walking simulation created using a personalised model. Key features:
* Bone geometries obtained from magnetic resonance imaging.
* Muscle geometries verified using the medical images
* Model built using the NMSBuilder software.
* Motion capture data (markers and ground reaction force) collected in a clinical gait laboratory.
* Kinematic analysis and visualization done in OpenSim 3.3.
