We have recently started to make some new and better life more familiar and have figured out how to be happy in it and what we could do in it that we enjoy.

As a result, we are now trying to do those happy things on the day-to-day in a more habitual kind of way. We are also trying to do those things in an easier, more restful, and more relaxing way.

However, we are having difficulty doing so. That is because we are still attached to many old habits and mindsets that are more strict and structured.

It is also because we feel guilty and ashamed if we try something new, different, and easier.

It is ALSO because, too, we are still afraid of receiving more ease in our lives and making the massive shifts in our relationships, money, value systems, and sense of self in order to move forward.

It is ALSO because we are afraid that doing things in a different way will throw everything in life into disarray and upset some of our balance and relationships.

That is then keeping us stuck, preventing us from doing anything at all, and making us very angry and frustrated.

As a result, I believe we need to find a way to shift out of these negative thoughts and get more of our energy moving in a carefree way by doing something different or unexpected and thinking more big picture.

Shifting out of these negative energies I think will then help us to get some new insights, understandings, and perspectives about the way forward.

It will also help to motivate us, perhaps suddenly and unexpectedly, towards doing things in this different, easier, and more fun way that we really wanted to do all along.
