CA Voters Discover They ALREADY VOTED in Recall Newsom Election, Who is Casting Their Ballots?

Voters for the Recall Governor Gavin Newsom in Los Angeles County are showing up to a polling location at El Camino Real Charter in Woodland Hills, to discover the system says they already voted. They can fill out a provisional ballot, but it is concerning to think someone else may have cast a mail in vote on their behalf.
