3 Tips to make your bench press instantly stronger
1 - Correct your bar path, this is going to put your muscles in the best position for maximal force output.
2 - Widen your grip so that your forearms are parallel at the bottom of the bench press, some people might even be stronger wider than this, and very few people will be stronger with their grip closer than this, but not many.
3 - Use leg drive to stabelise your torso on the bench and maximise force transfer. This takes a while to feel natural, but once it does, it makes a big difference.
