San Diego: Amazon Semi Hits Stalled Truck on the Freeway 09042021

The male driver of a landscaping truck along with a female passenger who is pregnant ran out of gas and was stalled in the #2 lane with no lights on. The male driver of a semi-truck with an Amazon Prime trailer didn’t see the stalled truck until it was too late and hit it.

The driver of the semi lost control and ended up on the right shoulder embankment. The female had a complaint of pain and was transported to a local hospital. The #2, #3, & #4 lanes were blocked and will be for some time until the two vehicles can be removed.
