What does HOA mean? HOA stands for Home Owners Association. A governing group created to protect the interests of homeowners within a neighborhood or development. Can it be good to have a homeowners association? Yes, of course. Can it be bad also? Sure. Let's talk about HOA, good vs bad and I'll let you know what I think.
