Comic Shop Retailers Regret Turning Their Back on Diamond!

The first week of Marvel's partnership with Penguin Random House is not going well for them, with a number of retailers reporting receiving over 50% of their orders in damaged condition. With comic books being part of the collector's market where a 9.8 grade is highly sought after, such a damage ratio is unacceptable. Are retailers now experiencing regret from throwing in with Penguin and looking to go back to Diamond?
