MINDFUL MAKING #33 - Summer tops and new yarn

No finished objects this time around, but in this episode number 33 of the mindfulmaking video podcast you will see progress on summer and sock knitting projects. Knitting is my mindfulness practice. That is where I set down to breathe to relax and to focus. Knitting nourishes our built-in desire to create and beyond all the mental and health benefits of knitting we even get beautiful wearable garments.
