Kamal Jafarov spoke about the goals of the Convention on Cybercrime, pointing out the success it is enjoying world-wide, with 66 ratifications, but stressed that the exploitation information technology for criminal purposes had strongly increased.
“The purpose of the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime is to provide sharper tools to investigate cybercrime more effectively and obtain justice for victims,” he said.
