Words matter... They actually change the brain.

They say words are cheap, but recent neuroscience research suggests that own words – even in casual conversation – can have a powerful effect on own brain as well as the brains around you. Put simply, your choice of words significantly influences the way others hear what you're saying, and consequently the way they feel about it and respond or react to it.
