Anyone of my Mastermind members that has had dinner with me knows that I am willing to stand up and leave a restaurant if they don't serve me free tap water. I don't do this because I can't afford water, for gods sake. I do it because I get paid the type of money I do because I am well-trained at being comfortable in situations that would otherwise cause people discomfort.
