US Politics Be Like... | Countryballs

The Democratic and Republican parties in the US have been at each other's throats since the beginning of time. They talk a pretty good talk, walk a pretty good walk, but in the end a lot of it is (seemingly) just for show, either intentionally to or as a result of flawed political processes. Negotiation ends up meaning “watering down and pandering to lobbyists.”

As a result party policies line up in ways that just screw over, or try to manipulate, the little guy. It often seems, for all intents and purposes, like the people at the top of these parties don’t really think that far apart, but just make it seem like they do so that voters will keep arguing with each other. :/
