Here is a nice little medley that you can use to enhance your Combative striking power. This concept is well know in the strength/conditioning World as 'complex training' using a task-specific movement to switch on your muscle fibres (STARTING STRENGTH) then go to the same movement plane with a plyometric movement (EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH) to keep the said recruited fibres firing. This equates to SPEED-STRENGTH or in a more laymen's term, the ability to recruit the maximal amount of explosive muscle fibres available via your genetic code, IMMEDIATELY! Very useful!
