It's all about perspective.
I totally agree with Matt. Our attitude towards work makes a whole lot of difference. We don't normally like every single task that we do but we have to give it our best because it represents who we are as a business.
And that is where true passion comes in. The love for your craft and what you do. The ability to still do a great job regardless if you're interested in the topic that you're writing or not.
